Nihonjin: Japanese people native to Japan.
In this series of stolen street portraits, I wanted to capture the face of Nihonjin in nowadays Japan.
The young, the old, students, workers, clerks or even the emblematic geishas. Each person is in his own environment, which I tried to disturb as less as possible. One can see that even now the duality Tradition/Modernity is omnipresent in Japan. These photographs represent my testimony of Nihonjin from the XXI century.
